Just wanted to let you know a bit about me. I have a true passion for Real Estate. I consider myself a diligent professional and attribute my success to a strict following of fundamental values: Integrity, Service, and Communication. I have lived lived in Miami for over 30 years and graduated from Florida International University with Business & Science Degrees.
Less clients more service. I like to be able to give 110% to the customers I am working with, as a result, we conquer our Real Estate goals together. Communication is “key” for me. I make it a point to answer all my calls and respond to all my text messages and e-mails. I am a goal oriented “closer”. I make your goals, my goals and make sure we reach them within the time set.
My knowledge of this market has allowed me to represent clients on both sides of Multi- Million Dollar deals. I have been a Realtor for over 5 years and am very familiar with the laws and the “art” of negotiating a deal. I plan on doing this for the rest of my life and I am on a constant quest for knowledge to enhance my skills.
